Digital delivery and download access
Templates and e-books are digital products, not physical goods. Downloads require an account and a confirmed, fulfilled purchase. Where guest checkout is available, you may pay first and then verify your checkout email to create or link an account before downloading. Otherwise, sign in before payment. If access is missing, contact us with your order reference so we can investigate; a payment redirect alone does not confirm delivery.
Refund eligibility and downloads
You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase if you have not downloaded any files from that purchase. Email us before the window ends; we check the order and download history to establish eligibility. For this voluntary change-of-mind policy, a download ends eligibility. Review the live preview, included files, technical requirements, and license scope before downloading. This download condition and 14-day window do not limit refunds or other remedies required by law, including for defective or misdescribed products.
Missing files, defects, or a product not as described
Contact us if the supplied package is incomplete, fails to work with its documented requirements, or materially differs from its description. Include the product version, environment, steps to reproduce the problem, and any relevant error message. We will investigate and provide a correction, replacement, price reduction, or refund as appropriate, subject to your applicable legal rights. Downloading the files does not remove those rights. Do not send passwords, API keys, or full payment-card details.
Your mandatory consumer rights come first
Nothing in this policy excludes mandatory rights under the law that applies to your purchase. Depending on your location, these may include cancellation, withdrawal, and remedies for digital content that is faulty or not as described. For EU consumers, a statutory 14-day withdrawal right may apply. The digital-content exception requires prior express consent to early supply, acknowledgment of losing the withdrawal right, and the legally required confirmation. We do not treat payment, acceptance of this policy, or a download by itself as that acknowledgment. Where no valid exception applies, applicable withdrawal rights remain available.
How to request help or a refund
Email hello@sovrancode.org with the purchase email, product name, order reference, purchase date, whether a download has taken place, and the reason for your request. You may also use our contact form. You do not need to frame a statutory withdrawal request as a technical defect. We aim to reply within two working days; this is a response target, not a refund-processing guarantee. Approved refunds go back through the original payment method. Your payment provider determines when the credit appears.
After a full refund
When a purchase is fully refunded and the contract ends, its download access and license end too. Stop using the refunded product and remove copies you are no longer entitled to keep, subject to applicable law. A refund does not transfer ownership of third-party assets or grant redistribution rights.
