BUYER FAQ
Clear answers before checkout.
Based on the included source package, release documentation, and frontend license model.
01Is Velora a complete ecommerce backend?
No. Velora is a frontend source package. Its storefront, customer account, checkout, and admin workspace are interactive browser-local demos. Connect your own catalogue, authentication, inventory, order, payment, and fulfillment services for production.
02Can customers place real orders?
The bag and five-stage checkout demonstrate the customer journey, including local validation and a sample card format. They do not charge cards, create real orders, send email, or reserve inventory.
03What does the admin workspace include?
It includes demonstration areas for products, variants, inventory adjustments, orders, customers, collections, discounts, reviews, analytics, and settings. Changes remain in the current browser and do not publish to the static storefront.
04Where can I host the template?
The supplied Next.js configuration exports static pages to out/. Deploy that directory on Vercel or another static host that serves nested index files. Remove output: 'export' when you introduce server-side checkout, auth, or webhooks.
05Can I use the bundled images for a real shop?
The local campaign, portrait, and product sheet are original generated demo assets, documented in ASSETS.md. They are illustrative rather than SKU-accurate product photography, so replace them with your own catalogue imagery before launch.
06Which license should I choose?
Personal covers one production project you own. Commercial covers multiple projects for one business. Agency covers unlimited internal and client projects. All three options license the same frontend source package.
